Learning and Development Consultant

It is an exciting time for learning and development at Waka Kotahi as we establish our new Future investments learning team within the Centre for Learning and Development.
This is a great opportunity to come and play a big part as we create this new team and drive a learning culture through our shared learning strategy Ta tatou rautaki akoranga.
In this role you will assist with the design and delivery of creative, innovative and impactful learning solutions which grow the capability required to deliver our strategy.
This involves the creation and implementation of learning initiatives to develop our people and their careers, respond to the changing world of learning and transform our development programmes to meet the needs of our people.
You will also provide advice and support to people leaders to help them foster the learning and development of their teams.
This role and its variety will allow you to utilise your learning and development, project management, research, consulting and advisory skills daily.
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with leaders, key business stakeholders, learning and development networks and external providers.
You will also experience the benefit of being able to learn from and collaborate with our talented group of learning professionals.
