We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Performance and Understanding group in our Infrastructure Regulation branch on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Performance and Understanding group is a newly formed team responsible for using the tool of information disclosure regulation to improve the understanding of the performance of our regulated

Through our recent split from one regulation branch into two separate branches, the group has taken on some new responsibilities as well as merged some responsibilities which has created the need to ensure we have accurate process documentation in place.

As a process minded, business analyst you will document our current processes, identify gaps where new processes are required, support our teams to implement new processes, and test the effectiveness of the processes over time.

It is likely that in time you will also support the wider Infrastructure Regulation branch with their process documentation

Your strong people skills will allow you to work successfully across the group and wider branch and engage with stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes.

Your positive engagement style will see you build and maintain strong working relationships as you consult and work with others in the branch.

You will analyse, document, and communicate needs and requirements in a way that enables delivery of scalable and high-quality
