The historic centre, fondly known as The Teps’ is located in central downtown Auckland and has two pools, spa, steam and sauna facilities plus a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.

You will find that no two days are the same!He kōrero mōu : About youYou will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs.

Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

And as you will be a Leisure Centre employee, you will enjoy free use of the facilities.This is a casual position, with cover mostly required for evenings and weekends, although there will be requirements for some early morning openings and late closings.
