Managing a portfolio of Retail accounts to deliver market share growth aligned with the Retail channel strategy and more specifically negotiate and execute store level joint business plans with franchise supermarkets under the Foodstuffs co-operative.
Day to day you will be implementing business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through branch level of Distribution Partners (DPs).

Coordinates meetings with DPs branch managers and reps within your area / region to explain and implement red bull business strategies and initiatives as aligned with the DPMs.
Develop communication process with DP management and reps to ensure proper alignment and understanding of strategies and goals.
Ensures DP’S fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards consistent with DPM guidelines.
Ensure utilization of sales training and coaching to guarantee DP’s sales reps clearly understand merchandising standards (i.
e. Product flow, SKU priorities by channel, display merchandising, pricing, etc.)
Through analysis create high ROI Joint Business Plans for retail stores within your territory, negotiate and implement plans.
Negotiate and Implement the executional KPI’s targets as aligned with the FSM related to WvC, Distribution and PSR.
Implement relevant point of sale reflecting the promotional and trade marketing calendar.
Introduce new lines of Red Bull products as appropriate to retailer.
Utilize and Communicate POS through our merchandising agency
Coordinates with FSC / TM to issue on-going updates against allocation
Track budgets / COOP.
Establish effective joint working relationship with key people both internally and externally, including regular reviews with key stake holders including Third Party Merchandisers, Key Account Managers, Distribution Partner Managers.
Optimise all aspects of your contact matrix to drive availability and maximise our perfect store pillars
Demonstrate the success & added value of joint relationships to expand on an army of advocates
Manage multiple operating groups in your region dealing with the key decision makers to achieve maximum PSR across their portfolio of stores
Leverage joint business plans and local terms to achieve PSR objective
Use of Category, shopper and global insights to sell mutually beneficial category growth initiatives.
Managing complexity to ensure excellent communication and reporting are always delivered.
Create and manage your own account portfolio to achieve your specific objectives through analysing your individual reports.
Maintains strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems.
Develops knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to Red Bull.
Proactively uses Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising personnel is in place
