About the role : Would you be interested in a busy and varied business support role in an organisation dedicated to helping our communities?

Fire and Emergency New Zealand is looking for a motivated, energetic and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Te Kei Region team based out of our Headquarters in Dunedin.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for Regional staff including asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, minute taking, and meeting administration and back office support.

Previous experience in using JDE would be an advantage. Administration experience in the automotive and / or property / building industries would also be an advantage, but not mandatory.

What you'll bring to the role : Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, is a team player, motivated, flexible and has a proactive outlook towards improving business processes.
