We are on the hunt for an experienced food retail professional whose heart is with team engagement and next-level customer experience.

Assisting to lead the Checkout and Grocery sales trading department, this role focuses on engaging and motivating the team and sharing our delicious offerings with our fabulous customers.

Working as part of a larger management team, this is an on-the-floor, lead-by-example role where team development and leadership is key.

You will be role-modelling your skills in merchandising, ordering, stock management and customer service. An interest in quality food is a definite advantage in this role.

This role is based in the Mt Eden store, working full-time 35-45 hours per week, with rostered shifts Sunday to Thursday between 6am to 7pm.
