About the role
Working closely with our HR Business Partner you will provide best practice human resources advice and support to the business to enable our Christchurch site achieve business goals.
This role will be based at Christchurch and is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities :
Work alongside our HRBP to help build employee and manager capability through self-service of key HR activities and processes
Establish and maintain effective methods of communication, consultation, and negotiation with stakeholders
Provide a customer focused approach, ensuring all stakeholder needs are fulfilled
Work with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to manage all employee life-cycle administration including contract and letter requests and new hire set-up
Identify and implement process improvements.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Fine-tuned problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights
Experience in a similar role within HR, ideally within an industrial environment.
Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
