We’re looking foran ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT to join our team.
The Role :
In this role you will be dealing with telephone, e-mail and live chat queries, so you needto be a good communicator with a great telephone manner and plenty of knowledgeabout our products.
You will also be doing the online processing of orders and returns, calculating courier charges, allocating stock from ourWarehouse or physical branches and sending despatch instructions, so you needto be happy working at a PC, methodically following procedures andcompleting tasks to the end.
Sometimes, in order to hit deadlines, you may need to roll up your sleeves andhelp get those packages out yourself.
You will primarily be based in our modern Head Officeoverlooking Half Moon Bay Marina in East Auckland. On occasion you will also be required to provide fulfilment duties based at our despatch centre at ourMount Wellington Store.
The successful candidate would also be required to work in store (in central or East Auckland) and Saturdays as and when required.
The position will be part time, working an average of 3 days per week.
