We now have an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented talent to join our Oceania Nourish Team as Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will be part of a high-performance sales team with genuine team spirit and established values.
This role requires you to own your portfolio and drive sales through exceptional service demonstrated by your entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration and persistence.
You will be responsible for exceeding commercial targets and identifying and investigating customer opportunities with supporting business case.

This position can be based in either Australia or New Zealand and will report into the Sales Leader Beverage and Dairy.
How You Will Contribute
Set, agree and plan to exceed commercial targets with high collaboration skills or abilities for internal and external customers.
Ownership of specific customer portfolio activities.
Identify customer opportunities with supporting business case.
Investigate and hunt for new business or customer opportunities.
Qualify business opportunities with input from internal stakeholders.
Understand multi-level cross functional customer organisation and building relationships with key customer decision makers or influencers.
Ensure optimal engagement of customer network or influencers.
Contribute to strategy ideation process and thrive on and contribute to strategic commercial negotiation.
Develop high quality aligned account plans.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, passion and persistence in promoting key technologies and existing product portfolio.
Provide strong aftersales service to our customers.
What you will need to be successful
Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales experience or account management experience in an Ingredient Sales, FMCG, Food Services.
Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or related degree.
Demonstrated strong business development and sales experience with proven track records.
Strong analytical skills and competence with Excel, PPT software, CRM and similar applications.
The ability to anticipate and understand customers' needs and key drivers. A highly ethical, capable and responsible attitude.
Expertise in customers engagement and follow up skills.
Strong sense of initiative, problem solving skills and a proactive manner.
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive can-do’ attitude.
Effective listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
High drive and self-motivated, flexible and good agility in a global business environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
