We are seeking a top-notch Office Administrator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our Auckland Office.

  • Travel and accommodation bookings;Quarterly travel spends reporting / analysis;Providing support to our Directors and Senior Managers;
  • Managing our Microsoft Partner Membership;Ordering of consumables and office supplies;Petty cash reconciliation;Mail and couriers;
  • Sales Support;New joiner Inductions;Marketing support;General office duties.The ideal candidate will have : Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills;
  • Strong MS Suite skills;Worked in a professional services environment;High attention to detail and quality of work;Initiative;
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written;Exceptional organisational and time management skills;Great attitude, flexible and responsive.
