Farmers Manukau is searching for a retail expert to be our next Assistant Store Manager. Working alongside the Operations manager, you'll play a key part within the senior management team, and report directly to the store manager.
As the Assistant Store Manager - Sales and Service you will be responsible for leading Sales Managers, our Prestige Beauty Managers, and our One on One Salespeople in Homewares.
As an expert in business and retail, we know that you'll bring a wealth of knowledge with you, and we'll match that by providing you with a structured training programme to support you as you learn all about our business and way of operating.
We'll expect you to identify areas and opportunities for improvement, drive a culture of world class customer service through your management team, and take the business forward through expert leadership.
You'll play a key role in setting the direction required to enable great performance, not to mention develop and encourage the same commercial focus in your sales managers.

This role is all about motivating and inspiring your managers and team to provide an outstanding customer journey. Passion and knowledge of fashion, homewares and lifestyle categories are a must.
You'll have an expert eye for detail, know what is trending in retail, and how to provide an outstanding customer experience through visual merchandising.
