About the role :

Working in one of our business focused tribes, the Site Reliability Engineer is about supporting and maintaining our new cloud-based banking platform.

As well as maintaining our existing platform and integrations on site. A successful candidate will have a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and cloud DevOps practices.

This will include the following responsibilities :

  • Implementation and operation of Salesforce automated release management tool
  • Continuously improve processes and solutions to be scalable and highly available
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and build tools / processes to enable productivity
  • Monitoring, alerting and reporting on environments
  • Mentoring and uplifting SRE practices
  • About you :

    We'll value your proven initiative, problem solving abilities and leadership skills as we look for every engineer to lead from their position.

    With regards to background, you will need the following capabilities :

  • AWS / Azure / Salesforce experience
  • Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps and version control systems like Git
  • Experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks
  • 3+ years' experience administering systems, solving server performance issues and optimisation.
  • Enterprise networking, load balancing and routing knowledge
