We provide advice on all aspects of taxation, including corporate tax return preparation and review, transfer pricing, transactional assistance (including tax due diligence) and structuring complex mergers and acquisitions.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our corporate tax practice.About youMinimum of 5+ years’ New Zealand corporate tax and compliance experience (with experience working as a Manager)Current or recent experience in a Big 4 / mid tier environmentHigh degree of technical tax knowledge (including tax consulting, tax compliance and tax accounting)Proven ability to building strong relationships with clients & colleaguesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAn energetic and proactive attitudeAbility to learn and adaptServe as a role model for integrity, respect and appreciation of others, including their unique strengths and differencesSome financial accounting experience would be advantageousYou will develop your skills in : Acting as a trusted tax advisor, providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights and advice to our clientsBuilding strong relationships with your clientsActing as a role model and recognising others for the impact they make.
