  • CARTERS Kaiwharawhara are looking for an energetic go-getter. As an Inventory Coordinator, / CSR you will have responsibility for all internal inventory, stock ordering and improving the product range;
  • also critical to the role will be the ability to maintain efficient ordering and effective levels of stock in the branch, as this position plays a pivotal part in our drive to deliver an exceptional and consistently reliable level of service to our customers.

    The demands of the role are broad and varied and you'll also be responsible for :

  • Proper receipting, documentation and processing of all incoming goods
  • Assessing stock variances and placing orders while also providing customers with a level of service that exceeds expectations
  • Running stock takes will come second to none for you; ensuring top results are achieved through reporting and reconciliation
  • Elements of procurement, so your ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and strike an awesome deal will definitely help you in this role
  • Maintaining effective communication with our purchasing team in Carters National Office, as well as customer service duties and helping out the wider team where needed

    The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :

  • Process-driven with an eye for detail, you will be a great fit if you have a background in stores, inventory, logistics or despatch with the added bonus of impeccable customer service and negotiation skills
  • Your computer skills will prove their worth in the speed and accuracy of your data entry
  • A skilled administrator who is adept at managing their time, with proven ability to work well under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Building industry knowledge or experience is preferred, but not essential. More importantly, you'll have proven experience within the Inventory environment and a commitment to ongoing learning
