About the role
In this busy role, you’ll support the GM Remuneration and the wider team with predominantly analytical support on key projects and programmes.
Using excel you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of people analytics, so you’ll be confident and comfortable working with spreadsheets, using pivot tables, v-look ups, charts, formulas and the like.
You’ll also provide administration support, you’ll manage employee benefits and discount offerings, including the internal marketing of these, and you’ll be the liaison with these providers.
Managing the remuneration and benefits content on our Intranet and Learning Management System (Cornerstone) will be your responsibility.
You’ll have at 3 years remuneration experience, extremely strong analytical and data reporting skills, with a genuine passion for reward, numbers and analytics.
Your attention to detail will be exemplary and you’ll have an ability to work fastidiously to timelines and deadline driven projects.
The role requires a self-sufficient self-starter who can work autonomously, understand priorities, manage conflicting ones appropriately, while taking direction from multiple people.
The role will have access to sensitive remuneration information, and as such requires an individual with a high degree of integrity and an maturity to maintain confidentiality at all times.
