    Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Northland DHB is looking for an exceptional Senior Nurse to join the team at Whangarei Hospital.

    In this role, you will utilise your specialist nursing knowledge and skills to provide patient focused care and coordination within a multidisciplinary setting for Māori patients and whanau.

    You will support the SMO team in prioritising high risk ethnicities such as Māori and Pacific patients to receive expedited care and provide expert clinical advice, information and education to patients, families / whanau and staff about maintaining a Māori centric approach to patient care.

    You will hold a current practicing certificate and ideally have at least 3 years' experience in respiratory / lung cancer nursing and hold a relevant post graduate diploma.

    Orientation and full training will be provided.
