The role is to support the Head of Property Management, General Manager and the Head of Administration in their day to day duties.

You will be paramount in driving the successful growth of Property Management and implement the Harcourts Way of Property Management.

You will provide timely and accurate support to the allocated Heads of Department and to assist the National Events Manager in the planning and execution of the Harcourts National Conference and regional based events.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with business owners and provide support in accordance to The Harcourts Way of Property
  • Management to business owners and Head of Departments through systems reviews.
  • High level of schedule co-ordination and diary management
  • Extensive travel & accommodation management
  • Assist in providing general property management support for business owners and their property management teams in accordance with the RTA 1986.
  • Assist in running a full calendar of property management training- assist with the events, the workshops and the programme of events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Property Management, Head of Administration and General Manager of NAI Harcourts
  • Assist in the event planning and execution of the Harcourts Annual Conference (3 months of the year).
  • Ad hoc administration to the team.
  • Skills & Experience :

  • 1- 2+ years’ experience
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly developed communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy including advanced level of skill in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MailChimp
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand for the next 2-3 years +
  • Excellent English written & verbal skills
