We are a North Shore business looking for a local person to fit this role.

Our team is a group of young engergetic people who enjoy coming to work every day. There is a great sense of family and fun within our team offering plenty of social activities and rewards for hard work and results.

You will be working in a quiet and relaxed office environment alongside 2-3 others. Mon-Fri. Hours to be discussed.

Job description

  • Customer service (telephone and email)
  • Communicating with customers
  • Communicating with on-site staff
  • Update customer profiles using our in-house software programme.
  • Sales & Follow Ups (telephone)
  • Must haves :

  • Proven experience in telephone customer service.
  • School levers must have completed NCEA level 3 or NCEA LEVEL 2 with a certificate in business, sales, customer service or similar.
  • Sales experience
  • Trade industry knowledge or background would be an advantage
  • Excellent letter writing skills.
  • High level of English language and Spelling skills.
  • Must be familiar with Outlook email, Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Able to multi task
  • Must speak clear fluent English
  • Must be an NZ citizen
