Farmers Manukau is searching for our next Loss Prevention Manager who has experience in security, managing a team of people and most importantly understands the fundamentals of creating a loss prevention culture within a business.
As a Loss Prevention Manager you will work alongside the Assistant Store Managers of Operations and Sales where the three of you will play an integral part of creating a highly successful senior management team who report directly to the Store Manager.
As the Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for leading a culture in store that promotes preventing stock losses from all avenues within our store.
As an expert in loss prevention and or security, we know that you'll bring a wealth of knowledge with you and to set you up for success.
We will provide you with a structured training programme to support you as you learn all about our business and way of operating.
by taking the business forward through expert leadership.
