The Opportunity

As an Insurance Claims Administrator you will work collaboratively and cross functionally with various departments to ensure the NZ Business and the Network delivers best in class service including leading the continuous improvement program to meet the consumer experience and the B&D Group requirements.

Day to day you’ll be :

  • Effectively and efficiently manage insurance claims from end to end
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of quotations, invoicing and ordering.
  • Ensure accurate recording and maintaining of insurance logs, non-compliance, and customer complaints.
  • Actively pursue and ensure provision of best-in-class responsiveness and timeliness for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionality both internally & externally.
  • Drive a customer first mentality for the network and consumer.
  • What you will bring and develop

    You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience. As a great team player, you’ll be able to self-manage, and work collaboratively with your peers in a constantly growing / changing environment.

    Other key skills and experience include :

  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time management and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Resilience and not get flustered easily when dealing with high volumes of stakeholders and claims.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ideally, previous insurance experience but not essential.
