You will own the customer service lifecycle from beginning to end and also assist our trade team optimising content on our platform performing such activities as : Content coordination helping to map products & content on our platformOrder testing ensuring brands are correctly integrated into our platformResponding to and resolving Live ChatOutbound calling to Merchants (companies / brands)Monitoring progress of orders from the time an order is placed to when it is deliveredResolving queries both from customers, merchants, and internal teamsProcessing returnsWe are after people who have a customer first attitude and go out of their way to create an experience that leaves people wanting to come back for more.

QualificationsThe successful candidate will have : Previous experience in a customer service rolePrevious experience using a customer service system (we use Zendesk)Amazing attention to detailPride in your work! You'll get a thrill by delivering first class serviceHigh level English communication skills both verbal and writtenFlexibility to be able to work on a rostered scheduled that will include one half day on a weekend one in every three weeks.
