We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist - Level 1 to join us. This role ats as first point of contact regarding all technology related requests and incidents, covers IT support across infrastructure, applications, audio / video facilities, audiology equipment, domain administration, printing and network.

Other duties include and assist; Project Management, Technology / Digital Transformation, Innovation and Journey to Cloud.

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Proven background in Level 1 service desk support
  • 4-5 years previous IT service desk experience
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Great relationship building and communication skills
  • Azure Administration + O365 experience
  • Network Administration HP, Aruba (ClearPass) and Cisco experience
  • This is a key role within our business and the successful candidate will be savvy at managing stakeholders across all departments.
