Contact Centre Services

  • Full-time Permanent opportunities available now
  • Based in Henderson
  • Start date : 25 July and 22 August

  • Hours of work

    Full-time (37.55 hours per week)

    The current Contact Centre’s hours of operation are :

  • Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 6.15pm, and
  • Saturdays, 8.00am to 2.00pm. (Saturdays are rotational, and you will only work one Saturday every few weeks)
  • We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.

    Key recruitment process information

  • If you are short listed the recruitment process will include an interview, online assessment testing, and reference checking.
  • All candidates must include a current / updated CV with their application. A cover letter is preferred but not required as there are additional online application questions.
  • Salary starts $54,707.00 per annum, with yearly pay and progression.
  • Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application.
  • MSD has a COVID-19 vaccination policy which requires employees to be fully vaccinated.
