Based at our Penrose Corporate head office, you will be joining our wider Group Assurance team that provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Fletcher Building group’s operations.

The Internal Auditor works as a member of the Group Assurance team to bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the group’s key risk management, control and governance processes.

This role will see you delivering the internal audit plan.You will also get the opportunity to drive special projects and utilise your background to consult on non-audit assignments and be supported by various Fletcher Building initiatives that support your own professional development.

About YouAs someone with a relevant tertiary qualification, demonstrated experience in internal audit, you will be ready for your next career challenge.

Your strong interpersonal skills will see you partnering with and influencing your key stakeholders as you utilise your previous success in achieving both business outcomes and business improvement.

You will be technology savvy and have a strong interest in working on systems audit assignments as well.With a proven attention to detail, confident approach and a passion for what you do, you will enjoy a challenging corporate environment as part of a global, diverse and large-scale organisation as you join the team at Fletcher Building.

Due to regular travel, the position requires a current driver’s license and valid Passport.We are focused on improving the world around us through smart thinking, simply delivered.
