To be successful in this position you will have a minimum 2 years team leader or supervisor with experience in customer service or hospitality, or similar industry or related environment.
You will have experience; intermediate to advance in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, social media and must be able to learn / become super user of new computer systems quickly and efficiently including booking system.
Knowledge and experience in general maintenance, cleaning, facility operations and Health & Safety at Work Act are all a must.
Having a current First Aid Certificate is preferable.
You will have a full NZ drivers’ licence and be able to safely operate work vehicles. Operator training will be provided for ride on mower, utility vehicles including tractor and tools or machinery.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential if you have ability to learn and become competent quickly.
Naturally you will have excellent organisational, time management and communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse range of people at all levels.
No two days are the same in this role so you will need to be resilient and have ability to cope with pressure, the unexpected, problem solve, manage multiple tasks as required and execute in delivery.
The park is open 7 days a week including public and school holidays, we are especially busy throughout summer months so having the ability to work flexible hours, public holidays, evenings, weekends is a must.
On occasions overnight work and providing support cover at our other holiday parks is required.

This a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours a week, on a variable scheduled roster that includes weekends, public holidays and evenings.
Some overnight work or duties may be required occasionally or when the manager is away on leave.
