About the role
We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our Transport Services team. Our crews will directly report to you and you will be responsible for managing plant and people resourcing in the greater Gisborne area.
Effective management of local and company assets (plant, trucks, equipment and materials) is key and you’ll optimise plant use to achieve target results.
You will also be responsible for successfully planning, scheduling, managing and coordinating the management of specific plant, labour and equipment items and ensure compliance with the Depot Management Plan.
This will be include the dispatch of trucks, equipment, assisting with depot maintenance, and labour management allocation.
This is not a role for the feint hearted so bring your organised and efficient time management skills and authentic leadership capability.
