Day-to-day you will be dealing with and advising our customers on our extensive range of equestrian, country and pet ranges.
You will be part of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible shopping experience whilst in our store.

Role & responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, including :
Approaching and assisting customers;
Advising on a range of equestrian products;
Assisting with the fitting of safety equipment such as riding hats;
Working on the cash desk;
Going the extra mile to achieve sales whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and an excellent shopping experience.
Stock management, including :
Checking off inbound stock from suppliers;
Labelling stock with barcodes;
Shop floor replenishment.
Web order picking,
Other retail duties, including :
Taking telephone calls;
Taking telephone orders from customers;
Maintaining shop floor standards;
Maintaining back of house standards.

skills and qualifications
3 or more GCSE’s at grade C (or equivalent);
Experience in the care of horses is advantageous but not essential.
Experience of horse riding is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in retail or other customer-facing role.
Equestrian-related qualifications is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in an equestrian discipline is advantageous but not essential.
