Providing end to end claims management for propertyand contents
Play a pivotal part towards the success of our GeneralInsurance team
Reportinginto the Team Leader BAU & EQC Claims, your role will involve you supportingour customers and clients with managing their property and contents relatedclaims through to completion.
Utilisingyour general insurance claims expertise and your relationshipbuilding skills you will be providing advice, guidance and liaising with ourcustomers, the insurers, assessors and suppliers throughout the claimprocess.

You will also have an inquisitive mind andthe ability to grasp and comprehend a wide range of circumstances, and not beafraid to ask questions and go that extra mile!
You will possess excellent communicationskills both verbal and written, be computer savvy, and have sound numericalskills.
You will strive to put our customersfirst to ensure they have the best possible experience at every touch point.The ability to manage your workload and be committed to delivering a high levelof service in all aspects of your work is paramount.
This is a busy role, particularly whenweather events occur, which will utilise all your skills.
You will also need at least two years’ previousexperience in general insurance primarily in property claims, or EQC claimsmanagement experience.
We are looking for someone who loves to work as partof a team, is reliable, punctual and has a friendly and engaging personalstyle.
