We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Product Owner to join our Customer Success Systems team, based in Wellington.
Who's the team? As a Product Owner with the Customer Success Systems team, part of Enterprise Technology, you will have an opportunity to work with an excellent delivery team and an inspiring tech stack.
Our main product is both external and internal customer facing covering the areas of support, community and learning. It offers opportunities to dive into enriching customer experience journeys, and makes the daily experience better for our customers and Xeros alike.

We are continuously staying ahead of the innovation wave with our use of machine learning techniques, having won a number of innovation awards in this area three years running.
You will be responsible for executing the Customer System’s product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will work alongside a talented, collaborative and supportive engineering pod maintaining the standard for engineering excellence at Xero.
Your skillful product leadership and management of the pod’s backlog enables the pod to deliver compelling products and services that solve real problems for our customers.
