Here's what you'll do in this job :
Drive all RAN activities in your assigned region, including planning, design, optimization, customer experience.
Communicate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions and implementation of complex RAN network features, capabilities, and new technologies.
Be the go-to person for technical escalations from peers in our Technology and Customer-care functions, and mentor colleagues in network design and optimization of all cellular technologies.
Work on large-scale network changes as an integral player in helping us forge ahead with new technologies such as 5G!

You will have strong technical RAN knowledge covering all aspects from planning and strategy, through to day to day optimization.
In addition, you will have awareness of RMA and issues that should be managed with site acquisition, alongside a sold understanding of current RAN technologies, their parameters, and the effects on network KPIs.
You will thrive in an ever-changing environment and be able to prioritise multiple demands under pressure. You are proactive mentor with the capability to coach and upskill your peers.
Lastly with your great interpersonal skills you will be able to manage your stakeholders well to achieve the "win / win" of outcomes and solutions.
This role is located in either Wellington or Christchurch.
