The Social Workers in Schools role is one of few where you have the ability to undertake varied and creative interventions unique to the tamariki's presenting needs and be a trusted adult they see not only during intervention, but as a member of the school community.
The Social Worker in Schools service is an early intervention social work service based within the primary and intermediate schools environment.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with tamariki and their whānau and have genuine engagement with the clients of the service and the wider school community.
