    We are offering a 6-month Fixed-Term contract position for an Office Administrator to join our Auckland Operations team in Mt Wellington.

    This role supports our Fostercare and In-Home Services teams in a number of ways including processing of referrals and closures, managing team expenses, and supporting caregivers with administrative tasks to be completed within allocated time frames.

    You will also support the receptionist as required for breaks / leave. Ideally, you will be a highly organised individual with integrity, an ability for problem solving, friendly and have a positive attitude.

  • Friendly, approachable and professional.
  • Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail.

  • Organised, responsible and able to work to deadlines.
  • Care about people and be willing to contribute in making a real difference in the community.
  • Able to complete satisfactory Police and MSD checks and have a full NZ license.
