We have a passionate team of people, more than half of them based offshore in 40 offices across the world. Our Communications team is an integral part of this, connecting the organisation and developing stories that inspire and educate.
What you'll be doingDue to an internal secondment, our small Communications team needs some additional support for up to 12 months in either Auckland or Wellington as we deal with the challenges of Covid-19 and a significant internal change programme.
Your focus will be driving the flow of stories and information across our organisation. One moment it could be a development in New Zealand, the next a story on one of our successful customers, or the introduction of a new system to help us work smarter.
What you'll need to be successfulA background in communications, with an emphasis on sophisticated internal comms, is essential.
You will be adept at talking with people, writing stories, editing short videos, sharing them on social media, and coaching colleagues on the best ways to get their message across.
