The primary purpose of

the Chef de Partie (CDP) is to support senior chefs and work to the highest standard. The CDP is a leader, trainer and mentor to the junior chefs and kitchen hands.

The ideal candidate will :

  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Be responsible, hard-working and versatile in their abilities
  • Need to be relied on to smash service every single time
  • Aim to expand on already strong cookery skills, as well as management skills
  • Support the Head Chef and / or Sous Chef or Senior Chefs
  • Absorb skills needed to effectively lead a team of chefs, understand menu costings and development and run a kitchen efficiently and innovatively
