The primary purpose of
the Chef de Partie (CDP) is to support senior chefs and work to the highest standard. The CDP is a leader, trainer and mentor to the junior chefs and kitchen hands.
The ideal candidate will :
Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen
Be responsible, hard-working and versatile in their abilities
Need to be relied on to smash service every single time
Aim to expand on already strong cookery skills, as well as management skills
Support the Head Chef and / or Sous Chef or Senior Chefs
Absorb skills needed to effectively lead a team of chefs, understand menu costings and development and run a kitchen efficiently and innovatively
