As a Customer Service Advisor you will be managing inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers with :

  • Assisting with payment queries
  • Helping customers make amendments to their policies
  • Taking customers through an excellent customer journey
  • Answering questions

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated to learn and upskill yourself
  • Work well in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
