The key purpose of the role is toprovide excellent customer service for Pacific Steel Group customers,proactively contributing to continuous improvement to optimise bothprofitability and service.
To be successful you will need a clearunderstanding of interface between customers / marketing / channels to market andcustomer requirements to ensure best cost / service combination.
Key Skills for the role include :
Previous experience in similar role providing toplevel customer services
Great telephone manner with clear and concisecommunication skills
Intermediate level competence using Microsoft Officeapplications
Ability to develop strong relationships with a widecross-section of key internal and external stakeholders
Strong critical thinking skills
Be a self-starter with proven initiative and attentionto detail
