We currently have a vacancy for a full time Outcomes Broker for our Aspirations Service based at our Head Office in Onehunga.
This is a fixed term role, while the existing staff member is in a secondment for 1 year.
The Outcomes Brokers work with individuals and their support networks to develop goals and support people to make them happen.
The role is about focusing on the individual, to ensure that they are living their life of choice. The Outcomes Broker works to identify, broker and develop a relationship between the individual and the community opportunities that are right for them.
They help to empower people to make their own decisions and advocate for themselves, whilst building independence and a fulfilling life.

You will be a confident, passionate person who believes that active community engagement and robust support networks are a fundamental focus for this industry.
You will be comfortable talking with new people, be creative, innovative and great at getting people to get on board with your sound ideas.
Most importantly you will be inspired to support people to make their own decisions and live the life that they want.
