    The Senior Brand and Content Manager leads and manages all brand content development for B2C and B2B global and local market campaigns and is a key strategic creator of engaging, compelling, differentiating, Brand content.

    You will be responsible for creating global brand ways of working which provide a consistent approach to brand globally and help deliver on both the Brand and Portfolio Strategies.

    As the champion of the brand across the business you will be the gatekeeper of 100% Pure New Zealand and the logo and design system to ensure consistency of creative outputs.

    With your exceptional relationship building capabilities you will provide expert advice around communications strategy and campaign development to internal teams and communications agencies, marketing campaigns and liaise with internal markets to ensure brand direction is consistent globally while allowing for local subtleties.

  • We need a senior brand communications professional to lead and manage all brand content development for global and local market campaigns both B2B and B2C.
  • Strong strategic awareness to build plans and campaigns consistent with organisational strategy. Support the Global Manager, Brand & Experience in the evolution of the 100% Pure New Zealand brand.
  • A proven strategic creator of engaging, compelling, differentiating content.
  • A partnership approach to fostering and managing effective relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build effective teams through strong leadership and people management.
  • Accomplished project manager, able to lead major projects and proactively see them through with little direction. Oversee and guide the team to deliver multiple mid-sized campaigns.
  • Relish the idea of working with a motivated and creative team who are keen to make extraordinary things happen.

  • A strong understanding of the production side of marketing having managed and coordinated major still and moving content shoots.
  • Understand the power of brand codes and be the champion of the 100% Pure New Zealand brand tohu (guidelines) throughout the organisation.
  • An understanding of Te Ao Māori including basic Tikanga and Te Reo Māori. This role has five direct reports to assist in the management of the brand assets and ongoing storytelling for the organisation.
