We're looking for a cheerful and energetic person to join our Rentokil Initial team based in Christchurch. The role is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours) however due to the nature of the role you can work standard business hours or depending on your run, start early and finish early.
You will be responsible for the following : Maintenance of our product in customers washrooms (including soap dispensers, hygiene bins, air fresheners) Cleaning Completing the pre-planned servicing within the required time Be aware of clients' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have the following : Clean full Drivers Licence Be confident in your skills with repairing & installing washroom products A cheerful disposition and the ability to greet customers as you arrive on their premises Comfort in using technology and smartphones Be well presented, proactive and able to work well on your own Have a strong focus towards excellent customer service and quality work, "can do" attitude Good time management Be able to carry out moderately physical, repetitive work, following of instructions and procedures Deliver to the agreed service standards utilising our hygiene, fragrance and cleaning products, making it work for both you and the Customer As part of this role, you will be required to service male and female washrooms in our clients’ premises.
We will provide you with all the training, uniform and equipment you’ll need to do the job well. This is not an easy job but our team find their roles enjoyable and rewarding.
