About the role : Reporting to the General Manager, you are a key liaison between our customers and the service, sales and parts teams.
Alongside being strongly customer focused, this role is administration centered to support both the wider team and the General Manager.
This is an autonomous frontline role but works closely with the service team for varying administration duties. Day to day tasks include promptly answering inbound phone calls, welcoming customers, creating service bookings, and general dealership administration.
This customer facing role would suit someone professional, efficient, detailed and action orientated. You are someone who enjoys a varied role with the ability to grow, you are self-motivated, and you have strong relationship skills to build rapport with our loyal customers.
