What you will be doing?
An opportunity exists for an experienced professional PA to join our Wellington team. You will be providing day to day support to Partners and provide additional support to the wider team as required.
These roles offer the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced environment with a wide variety of talented people.
You'll be responsible for all facets of administration support including diary management, document production, filing, billing, travel booking, event and functions organisation, database maintenance, team and client communications, and a range of administrative and operational tasks and team support.
Central to the role will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients and their support teams so meetings can be set-
up with ease and you can assist PwC in keeping our clients happy.
What you'll need to bring to the role
You'll have solid PA / EA experience along with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Your strong command of written English coupled with excellent formatting and document management skills will be relied on for proposal preparation -
quality output and presentation is critical for this position. We are seeking hugely organised candidates, with high energy, a pro-
active approach and the ability to build effective relationships across the firm nationally in order to gather information and deliver results.
You'll be discreet, understanding the privileged position a PA holds in maintaining confidentiality where appropriate, and able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively.
You will be highly motivated and provide outstanding client service delivery, exhibiting confidence in your abilities and portraying a sound understanding of business acumen.
Competent verbal communication skills, a client service mindset and a thorough understanding of billing and related financial responsibilities is desirable.
Experience from within a professional services and / or large corporate environment is preferred but not essential.
