Do you see yourself managing a dynamic and interactive office?

We are on the lookout for a fulltime and permanent superstar to join a corporate office based in the CBD.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to :

  • Manage office events
  • Communication to the whole office and wider group
  • Manage and administer office awards and recognition
  • Maintain stock levels for stationary and kitchen needs
  • Manage fleet vehicles
  • Database management
  • Reception duties which will include meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
  • Assisting with internal administration
  • The ideal candidate will be :

  • Strong in Microsoft suite knowledge
  • Proven frontline reception and office management experience
  • Reliable and well presented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work within a busy environment
