As our Support Officer, you will own the support functions for the operations Dispute Resolution, as well as the wider Employment Services branch.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as acting as a first point of contact for the office (for visitors and general phone calls), entering quality data into a range of systems, taking minutes, travel bookings and coordinating Official Information Act requests.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate : Strong administration skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your workConfidence with owning a reception spaceEnergy and a can-do, positive, proactive attitudeCustomer service experience with members of the publicExperience working in a Government, regulatory or other complex environment would be advantageousStarting salary is likely to be in the $53,603 - $56,104 range, depending on experience.
