Service Desk Analysts Your New Company Is a core government department responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of essential services to New Zealanders during this unprecedented time of change in New Zealand Your New Role You will be responsible for providing support to frontline government employees working in a remote environment The work will be based in Wellington CBD onsite for an initial period and then be home based once training and onboarding are conducted You will need to have home internet access and cell network coverage You will be responding to inbound calls and emails from remote workbased employees ensuring essential services are able to continue functioning at a high level What You ll Need to Succeed Experience on a help desk providing Tier 1 2 support Experience providing technical support in a Microsoft Environment Active Directory MS Tools etc You will have no criminal convictions and or pending Have not been in isolation due to returning from overseas and or currently registered for selfisolation due to Covid19 You are a New Zealand Citizen based in Wellington and able to start immediately What You ll Get in Return Hourly contract rate and an immediate start Be part of the solution help New Zealand essential services continue to function Please apply onine with your cv Thank you for your interest in the above role NineTwenty review all submitted CVs and you will be contacted if your skills and experience match our requirements Please click the Apply button below
