Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and resolve complex Technology issues involving ClaimCenter and integrated applications.
Work with the team to ensure ongoing incident trends are analysed and resolved at root cause.
Maintain high level of awareness of platform changes and updates
Work with the existing team bringing your experience of Technical Leadership, Request and Incident prioritisation and application development.
Support the team along with the Platforms other Technical specialists to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Monitoring the applications and manage proactive system health opportunities
Skills & Experience
A strong track record in application development, maintenance and support
Prior experience in an IT environment supporting either insurance and / or financial services (products and services)
Experience with managing systems on Virtual platforms (including clouds) and on-Prem
Knowledge in Java; RESTful API; SOAP API will be advantageous
Experience operating within an agile team environment
Commercial experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools
Automation testing capability (Ruby / Cucumber, Selenium) would be desirable
Strong technical abilities across multiple integrated Enterprise applications
Ability to multi-task over various teams
Experience in some of the following : JAVA, JBOSS, Netscaler, CI / CD. Pipeline,ill be
