About the role : Your primary function will be to provide administrative support to the People Experience (PX) team, you'll thrive in a team environment where you will be a key contributor on a variety of HR projects, both new and existing.
You will work within Recruitment & Employer Branding, Culture Development and HR as a whole. This will allow you to learn about standard process and procedures in the workplace, get exposure to several HR Systems and become an integral part of our team.
The paid internship is based out of our AA Head Office in the Auckland CBD.Duties and responsibilities : Assist with systems project work and general HR administrationSupport with the end-to-end Recruitment processSupport with the creation of Employer Brand content for the AA's employment platformsAssist with Summer Wellbeing campaignsAssist with Pulse ChecksSupport in the creation and deployment a company-wide censusSkills and experience : You would be in your final year, or have recently completed a tertiary qualification in HR.
This role will be best suited to someone who is keen to learn a lot, be proactive and can build effective working relationships.
You will have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a general understanding of New Zealand employment legislation.
