    You will be responsible for :

  • Being a strong partner and advisor to clients on all HR related matters.
  • Advising clients on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.
  • Providing advice to clients on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements and market conditions.
  • Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Partnering with leaders within the clients organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for trades, project management and engineering roles.
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Developing a portfolio of clients and candidates within your area of focus.
  • Managing recruitment assignments from sourcing talent through to successful placements.
  • Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Achieving revenue and activity targets.
  • Providing candidates and clients with advice on market trends.
  • The Profile

  • What do we need?
  • We are looking for someone who thrives on developing relationships, is competitive but also collaborates with team-mates, and has a unrelenting desire to be successful.
  • You are positive, confident and are a enthusiastic team player with a way with words.

  • You’ve got a practical trades background, 3+ years sales experience and at least 5 years experience working in the recruitment industry or in a senior supervisory / management role employing trades persons (including responsibility for hiring).
  • You need to be eager to win new relationships and develop your network, as recruitment is all about people.

    Requirements :

  • We are looking for someone with a strong trades background in a few of the industries we work across, a few years sales experience and at least 5 years experience working in the recruitment industry or in a senior supervisory / management role employing trades persons.
  • Experience within Agency Recruitment, Lateral Recruitment, Leadership Hiring, would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • Experience in building partnerships and advising multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive / highly confidential information professionally.
  • Sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the clients organisations.

  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
