About the Role

The Technical Customer Support Manager will lead a team of technical support professionals to deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will :

  • Ensure SLA?s & KPI?s are met;
  • Manage incoming tickets and queues effectively;
  • Act as escalation point for clients;
  • Develop and maintain support process documentation and Storman?s knowledge base library; and
  • Work in collaboration with the Product and Development teams to assist in issue resolution and product enhancements.
  • This position requires weekend work once per month. This can be done from home.

    About You

    A technical support guru, you will have a passion for delivering high quality customer service to clients while mentoring and supporting your team.

  • To be successful in the position you will possess the following skills and attributes;
  • At least 2+ years leading a team;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to multitask to resolve urgent client issues.
