Change Manager - 18 Month Contract

My client has a complex digital programme of work that requires a Change Manager to oversee all aspects of change. This is a very busy environment and requirements are shifting regularly.

I am seeking a seasoned Change Manager who has the skills and ability to champion Change across the programme. You will be involved in establishing the Change Strategy and working closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure all aspects of business readiness are prepared.

This will include comms and training.

This is a fast-paced environment but you will be surrounded by a very capable team who have been carefully selected to deliver a vital piece of work.

Skills and experience required

  • Identifying internal business processes and systems, technology, job roles and structures within our customers environment to ensure changes introduced by MVP are rolled out without issue
  • Identifying and working with key internal stakeholders in order to undertake the above change impact analysis and deliver on tailored change plans (i.
  • e. training, learning and development, leadership-specific activities) where appropriate

  • Creating and implementing change management plan(s) to help drive adoption
  • Working with Change & Adoption's change, engagement and communications specialists to ensure alignment with external plans, initiatives and activities
