This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, where you will be supporting multiple Executive members. No one day will be the same, and your general responsibilities will include managing calendars, booking travel and catering, agenda-setting and minute taking.
We are looking for a proactive, forward thinker, who will really partner with their executive team to provide the support they need, in a timely and efficient way.
You will be a confident and clear communicator, who thrives on providing exceptional service and building relationships with your stakeholders.
Ideally, you will be an administration superstar and have at least three years' experience working in a similar role.
